It has the following qualifications: third-level general contracting qualifications for petrochemical engineering construction, the third-level power engineering general contracting, the third-level mechanical and electrical engineering construction general contracting, the third-level construction mechanical and electrical installation engineering professional contracting, and the third-level power transmission and transformation engineering professional general contracting qualifications. The company is headquartered in Lanzhou, with branches in Beijing, Chengdu, and Chongqing. It is the largest private enterprise in western China facing the overseas inspection and maintenance market.
